We deal with leaks, slow drains, dripping taps and pipework that has deteriorated. We work during business hours and do not offer a night-time emergency service: better to say so now than for you to find out at eleven at night.

Washing machine and dishwasher connections made properly, with an isolating valve and a correctly installed waste connection.

Replacing valves, isolating taps, cylinder safety groups and other short jobs that still have to be done properly.

How we handle a repair
A repair done properly starts with understanding where the problem comes from. On the phone we will already tell you whether it is a job for us or whether another kind of firm is the right call.
- We ask what is happening and for how long, so we turn up with the right parts first time.
- If water is running, the first thing is to shut it off: we explain on the phone where to turn it off.
- We look for the source of the leak before opening up, to limit the breaking out and the making good.
- We say openly when repairing is not worth it and replacement costs less than a third call-out.
- We leave you the part we replaced and explain what had failed and why.
- We work during business hours, Monday to Friday and Saturday morning.
- We do not offer a night-time emergency service: out-of-hours emergencies need a dedicated service.

Do you offer a 24-hour emergency service?
No. We work during business hours, Monday to Friday 8:00–18:00 and Saturday morning. We would rather say so clearly than have you call at night and get no answer.
How quickly can you come?
For an active leak we try to arrange the visit as soon as possible, alongside the jobs already scheduled. On the phone we will tell you straight away when we can be there.
Can you find a leak inside a wall?
In most cases yes, by following the pipe runs, the pressure and the traces of damp. When more advanced instrumental tracing is needed we work with specialists equipped for advanced leak detection.
How much does a call-out cost?
It depends on the time and the parts. If you describe the problem clearly on the phone we will give you a ballpark figure before setting off, so there are no surprises.
Do you work in apartment buildings as well?
Yes, both at the request of an individual owner and of the building manager. If the leak is on a shared stack we point it out immediately, because it changes who pays for the work.
